Space: Where Is It and How Can You Get Some?
We’ve tried a number of routes to obtain this information. First we asked the administration if they had a policy that established minimum student space rules. Apparently such a policy exists at the provincial level but nobody could locate it. Regardless, the university probably doesn’t have enough space to meet the guidelines. We then thought we’d survey students so that we could identify trouble spots and maybe use this information to convince the administration that student space is a real problem. Unfortunately we have not received enough data to come to any conclusions (even though some of the reports were very frightening). We will be continuing to work on the problem.
