Family Coverage
You may enroll your spouse (including a common law or same sex partner) and/or children on your plans at the beginning of your first eligible term.
Application Periods
Students charged Fall 2012 fees: Sept. 1st – Oct. 5th, 2012. No exceptions will be made.
Students charged Winter 2013 fees ONLY: January 7th – February 1st, 2013. No exceptions will be made.
How To Apply
1. Fill out a GSU application form during the advertised opt-on periods only. You must apply in the first term in which you are registered, or when you lose your other coverage (proof required).
2. Submit the completed application form and a cheque or money order (made out to the Graduate Students’ Union) by the posted deadline.
