You may enrol your spouse (including a common law or same sex partner) and/or children on your plans at the beginning of yout first eligible term.

APPLICATION PERIODS:
Students charged Fall 2010 fees: August 31st - October 8th. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
New students charged Winter 2011 fees: January 3rd - February 4th, 2011.

How To Apply:
In order to add family members to your plan, you must:
1. Fill out a GSU application form, available below and in the GSU lounge during the advertised opt-on periods only. You must apply in the first term in which you are registered, or when you lose your other coverage (proof required).
2. Submit the completed application form and a cheque or money order (made out to the Graduate Students' Union) by the posted deadline.
