1. UTGSU Office: Hours of Operation for the Summer
From Monday, May 8-August 21, 2017 the UTGSU Office, which includes the Health and Dental Insurance (HDI) Office, will be open from 10:00am-3:00pm from Monday-Thursday and closed on Fridays. Students are able to book an appointment with Executives and Staff on Fridays, depending on the schedule of each individual person. 2. Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance is covered in your UTGSU Health and Dental Insurance (HDI) plan. The coverage is for 120 days of each trip. Students who are leaving on a recognized academic exchange are also covered for the duration of their exchange and for another 120 days before and after their approved exchange. They must remain Members of the UTGSU, pay fees to the University of Toronto, including the HDI plan fee, and keep their provincial health-care coverage. 3 Health & Dental Insurance Plan Coverage After Convocation
If you are on the UTGSU Health and Dental Insurance (HDI) Plan, and will be graduating in June, you will still be covered under the plan till the end of the academic year in August, provided you paid the Winter fees. For more information, please view your benefits package on: www.studentcare.ca . If you require additional help, email the HDI Office at: health@utgsu.ca.

4. Summer International Student Identity Card (ISIC) Drop-In Hours
From May 1-August 11, 2017 the drop-in time for ISIC issuing will be once per week, on Thursdays at 2:00pm to 3:00pm. Appointments are also available outside of the drop-in time. For available appointment times, please email Gail at: fieldworker@utgsu.ca

5. Summer UTGSU Gym Hours
You can book space in the UTGSU Gym on the last Friday of May for June, starting at 10:00, by calling (416) 978-8464. Call early as space goes quickly. Please note that the gym will be closed in August for Orientation preparations. For a full list of times you can reserve the gym for singles badminton, doubles badminton, and when the volleyball, and pick-up basketball leagues run, please visit: UTGSU Summer Gym Hours.

6. UTGSU Conference Bursary
The Spring Conference Bursary is live and open until May 31st! If you plan to attend a conference between July 1st and December 31st, you can apply at: UTGSU Spring Conference Bursary. For students inquiring about the Fall application, this is the finalized project after the pilot in 2016 and policy approval by General Council in April 2017. This means there was no application prior to May 2017 but going forward there will be an annual Fall application in November and an annual Spring application in May. There will be no exceptions made to the dates outlined. If you have any additional questions, please contact either finance@utgsu.ca or eal1@utgsu.ca.

7. UTGSU Hiring Casual Staff
Interested in being contacted by the UTGSU for paid opportunities for small jobs throughout the year? In the past we’ve put out calls for people to put up promotional posters around campus, help facilitate sign-in stations for events, and working the day of our Fall Orientation. 8. Grad Minds: Mental Health Magazine
Are you passionate about student mental health and wellbeing? The University of Toronto will be launching a student-led Mental Health Magazine at our St. George campus. Spearheaded by Grad Minds, this initiative is aimed at promoting mental health awareness on campus, advancing our current knowledge/perception, and creating a community of support through an engaging and empowering communication platform. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and passionate students to join our editorial team. 10. Trailer Party! Cinema Politica UofT Relaunch 
Harvest Noon is happy to present the return of Cinema Politica UofT! Join them to help select documentary films to screen this summer and fall and to join our organizing collective. What is Cinema Politica? It’s a Montreal based network of community and campus based locals that’s committed to exploring under-represented stories by screening independent political film and video throughout Canada and the world  — to entertain but also to engage, inform, inspire, and provoke social change.
