1. Hiring: Volleyball Coordinator
We are looking to hire a friendly, energetic, and experienced Volleyball Coordinator to run our volleyball league for the upcoming academic year. Interested in being considered for the position? 2. Reminder: UTGSU Gym Closed in August
The UTGSU gym will close during the month of August for Orientation preparations and activities.  It will open again for regular programming on Monday, September 11th.  Gym bookings for September will open at 10 AM on Friday, August 25. To book call, 416-978-8464 or email gym@utgsu.ca. Call early as space books quickly. Names and Student ID numbers are verified when booking.  Students must provide their TCard upon request.  For more information, please visit: UTGSU Gym Hours.

3. International Student Identity Card (ISIC) Drop-in Hours
An ISIC is free for all graduate students, who are Members of the UTGSU, and can be used for discounts off of travel, accommodations, clothing and more. If you would like to pick one up or renew your card you can stop by the UTGSU Office, located at 16 Bancroft in the basement office, during our drop-in hours on July 4, 11, 18 or 25 from 10am-11am or on Thursdays for the entire month of July from 2pm-3pm. 4. UTMAGS Annual Summer BBQ
UTMAGS will be holding it’s annual summer BBQ in Erindale Park on Tuesday, July 11th at 4 pm. Join them for delicious food and drink as well as games and socializing to bring the graduate community closer together. 5. TRACX Collective: Looking for Session Proposals
The TRACX collective is soliciting session proposals for their symposium titled What’s Left? Coalition-Building and Countering the Alt-Right. This years symposium is happening on Sept 30th and Oct 1st, 2017 and discuss the understanding of anti-fascism and what the practice of anti-fascist organizing looks like. The submissions period for this years program schedule runs 12am June 1st, 2017 until 11:59pm Aug 1st, 2017. Please note that OPIRG will strive to offer each facilitator and presenter an honoraria for their work. This year they are searching for applications centred around discussion based sessions. 6. Summer Sky Adventure: Family Care Office
Happening on Tuesday July 25, 8:30 – 9:30 pm, Location: TBA. Join the Family Care Office as they fly through the solar system in the planetarium show and visit the observation floor. Weather permitting, gaze through a telescope and view the city line or, if the night is clear, observe planets and stars. Open to children in grades 3 to 8 (of current U of T students, staff, and faculty) with one adult only please. Register early, spaces limited! Email family.care@utoronto.ca and include your name, U of T status and grades of your participating children. Event co-sponsored by the Department of Astronomy and Astrophysics and the Family Care Office.

7. Help the U of T Libraries Improve Your User Experience in Robarts Library
The University of Toronto Libraries is looking to implement new services and technologies to improve your experience in Robarts Library. We want to know how you use the Robarts Library building, spaces, and services. We welcome any feedback regarding your experiences and suggestions for improvements.
