All U of T graduate students are invited and encouraged to participate. This is your chance to guide the UTGSU’s agenda for the year, and to make sure the UTGSU is working to address issues and to provide services that best reflect your needs and interests as a student body. The 2015/16 audit will be received and an auditor appointed for 2016/17. By-law amendments will be approved. Information, the Agenda, and a copy of our audit will be available on our website 2 weeks before the meeting (22 November).

Any graduate student member may submit a motion for consideration at the Annual Meeting. Motions must be submitted in writing to the General Council Chair (chair@utgsu.ca) and the Internal Commissioner (internal@utgsu.ca) no later than ten (10) days before the Annual Meeting. This year’s deadline for motions will be Friday, 25 November 2016.

All UTGSU Members must show their T-Card and one other ID in order to sign into the Annual Meeting.
